General meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at Papanui Baptist Church. These monthly meetings are free to our members; if you’re attending as a visitor we ask for a $5 donation.
Main Meeting
General meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at Papanui Baptist Church, 144 Sawyers Arms Rd. These monthly meetings are free to our members; if you’re attending as a visitor we ask for a $5 donation.
Meetings start at 9.45 am with tea or coffee and a chat with the formalities beginning at 10.15 am. Housekeeping and other general information start the meeting, followed by a guest speaker at approximately 10.30 am.
The first meeting of the year is in February with the last in November. The December ‘meeting’ is a Christmas lunch

Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is held in November and, via a President’s Report and a Financial Report, is an opportunity to review the activities of the financial year, which runs from 1 November – 31 October. At the AGM we also elect new committee members as well as set our member subscription fee for the coming year.
